Lost functionality
The old UI, I was able to replay motion detection videos from SD storage. It never works on new UI, please fix.
Amongst the worst investments I’ve ever made
I’m $200,000 into this smart home with control4 and ClareVision, and I have 16 of these cameras which are supposed to provide sound and video.
The sound is imperceptible for starters. Useless.
There is no rewind or fast forward feature, so if you need record of a 10 second incident, be prepared to watch a 3+ hr clip to find it.
After you find that clip, you can’t download it, so be prepared to watch it all over again and use your iPhones screen record and just the exact moment to capture it or you have to watch it all over again. Nightmare.
I cannot express the level of frustration these have caused. They are utterly useless in ever single way.
Save all your money, and go with nest cameras, which I’ve owned in previous homes and had to replace each of these with in this new home.
Clare has completely missed the mark. Pure garbage at an outrageous price. Run. Run. RUN AWAY!
Simplicity and great image
It’s very refreshing to have something easy with a great picture for a change. My installer set up my cameras and detection areas and this app is perfect for viewing, zooming in, and simple playback. There are more advanced options through the web page but it’s way more than I need.
