Returning veteran.

I first played this game when it launched. I enjoy it a lot. It reminds me a lot of clash of kings. There is a lot of great systems in the game and it’s really easy to gain in game currency without spending money.

I’m playing with the iPhone 13 on the 16.0.3 iOS. With that being said there are a few amount of bugs I have noticed:

1. The translation feature and the view battle report features don’t work for me. I can’t translate messages that are crucial in game for alliance communications during kill events and kingdom wars.

2. There’s a black line that runs down my screen while I’m in the castle. When I’m in the world farming, scouting, or attacking it’s not there.

3. The battle is unbalanced. I see a lot of high level castles attacking smaller castles. I seen radiance castles attacking level 16 castles.

Fixing these bugs and unbalanced features would be a great start to bringing this game to what it can be.

Game glitches

I logged in one day just to see I was completely logged out of my account. It has me as if I was starting a new game. So I had to re log in my account by logging in using Facebook. Low and behold items that I earned were missing. I had over 18,000 arrows in the monster hunt area and the were basically down to like 2000 or some. I immediately contacted support which considered of several automated responses before I get a real response which was days later saying the tech support could find my problem. They do this often to players. Basically act as if they don’t see the issue as if you are lieing or basically disregard you to the point you just give up trying to fight for your things you earned. They can so called find when a player is cheating but all of a sudden can’t find issues for genuine true players. I earned a thing I have in this game by purchase or rewards through the game. All I ask is for them to replace what was took from me during a glitch that logged me completely out but the won’t even do that. We spend money to play but don’t get the true support we deserve.

Game issues/ app issues

I have been having issues with this game for a few weeks and nothing works that they have told me to do now I did what they said I can’t even get the app back on my iPhone when I reinstalled the game all I get now is when I go to open the app I get a
Black screen then back to my iPhone screen plus issues in the game event issues I can’t even get event rewards I contact coq but get nothing to fix
