Genuinely Just a Great Business
I have been coming to Classic Cleaners for the better part of two years. Their quick service and attention to detail have been impressive. They also dramatically updated their store after moving to their new location off Main Street in Carmel. They now have 24/7 drop off/pick-up which I’ll use occasionally and is pretty convenient.
Theo is what keeps me coming back though. He works the store most days and is who I interact with the most. He’s always been flexible and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I had an emergency where I needed a suit pressed in 24 hours to attend a funeral, I brought it in on a Friday. He let me know he was backed up until Monday. After explaining my situation he had it pressed within the hour. Truly a great example of the business he runs and the service provides.
