ClassUp - 1on1 online classes 4+

My kid loved his English teacher, I liked the fact that she was a professional teacher, however I think I will need more affordable program for my kid with ADHD to be able to afford more classes for a long term.

Amel (English) and Diaa were great teachers and if our son was interested a lot would have been achieved, they were respectful and professional.

BUT Rebekah, the sales lady was unprofessional, rude to me after I signed and reached to her to assist with the scheduling that she messed and didn’t communicate to the Jane, assistant. She reminded me that she had no time that she was preparing dinner for her children but was the sweetest person when she got us to sign. She changed beyond recognition.

For Jane, assistant was nice but did not know her role, was disorganized, couldn’t understand the questions or get things lined up when we reached out to her. She needs more training.

My sons classes were messed up, he lost interest, couldn’t join at times; was just roaming, classes was to be 24… 12 for English and 12 for math.. they didn’t communicate clearly to Amel (English) very good 9th grade teacher. He didn’t complete his classes because of miscommunication and Jane not able to follow through with what we signed for.

I’ll try my 3rd grader and see if it is worth it…

Before using ClassUp, I tried to teach my children math for a while. It was unbelievably difficult, especially when your goal was to build up their interest by making progress systematically. I didn'thave the right curriculum and content, nor did I have the patience to make classes interesting. I didn't get rid of my strugglings until I found ClassUp. Now my children enjoy math classes and keep making steady progresses, and I can finally enjoy peaceful time with them.
