In today’s society you don’t see a lot of great customer service. I wish I could give 10 stars to Classy Cowgirl. We had ordered a serape dress & actually received a serape duster instead. The mix up was handled by Tammy with professional & ease. She promptly sent out the serape dress with a prepaid return enclosed for the duster. Amazing to work with & we will definitely be ordering more items from Classy Cowgirls!!
I have found clothing HEAVEN
Being plus size it’s hard to find anything that fits, looks in style with the rest of the smaller sizes, or such a big variety. Fits perfectly so cute reasonably priced I’m so glad I found this boutique! Highly recommend, the shipping blew me away at how fast it came. I love them❤️
I watch band
Purchased a 42mm I watch band and was disappointed with the wrist size ! I have small wrists and had to use the biggest notch in the band . The size wasn’t mentioned on the website. I never received shipment email , no mentioning that I needed to be home to sign for it and I even emailed to get a delivery date with no response . I also called Tammy left a voice mail no return call . Very disappointed with this lack of customer service and will not be a returning customer . The only reason I gave one star was the band is pretty !
