Claw prize have I done something rong

App not working I try to restart Claw prize I try to play your game it won work have I done something rong it loading I won’t work can you help me have I done something rong clawprize can you respond why app not working

Where are you??

I paid $20 one day I think in December 2023 and I came to play the next day and the app won't work! I also had a prize I really wanted that I won and was about to get my second prize to have them shipped!!! I have tried every day for almost 3 months now and the app no longer works

Game obviously rigged

I signed up. Won a flying rabbit plush on my second game. The last game I played was for the worm from the labyrinth. I had the prize firmly in the claw but when the claw was coming back up it opened and dropped the toy. The screen reloaded and the toy I picked up had been moved and placed right up against another toy. This game cheated me out of my win. I would like to have the prize i rightful won. I emailed customer service. Will update review if I hear back
