Fixes for IOS 15 support

We have made some user experience tweaks and bugfixes.

The latest version includes visual updates, improved filtering and annual subscription options.

- Subscribed members will now have the $1 platform fee waived when pre-nominating for a shoot using a membership that they have claimed - Subscribers also have the ability to export all of their scores in CSV format

- Completed shoots will continue to show as active until the end of the day if they ran that day - A count of total shooters that have nominated will now show on the shooters page

Hotfix for pre-nominations

We have improved the selection of membership for self-nominations so that it better matches your memberships with the organisation of the shoot you are nominating for.

We have introduced a new “Sporting Bodies” option under the “Orgs” filter on the Shoots page. Rankings now default to filtering by the organisation of your membership (if you only have one membership).

Community rankings can show your name if you allow it.
