This is real work for real people who want real results that will really last. Using today’s best practices in health and wellness, we’ll help you kick your own ass into gear, one habit at a time. It won’t be easy, but it’ll be worth it. Use the mobile app to track your 6 daily commitments throughout the 45-day program. Use the journal prompts to write your daily journal entry, and reference the detailed descriptions for each of the commitments to help you stay on track. Once you reach the end of the 45-day program, you may continue to use the application to track your daily tasks, or restart the program from day 1. If you forget to complete your tasks from the previous day, no worries. You can stay on track as long as you're staying honest with yourself. Go back to the last completed sprint or to the start of the program if you do miss a day or more. Stick to your commitments and you will achieve your goals. We are here for you every step of the way.
