• Clock in and confirm a cleaning has started without any issues.
• Report in real time when guests are still inside the apartment after checkout time.
• Provide cleaning updates and submit unit reports.
• Complete inspection process.
• Clock out and confirm the unit is guest ready.
How it works:
1) Become a Cleancio (US Only)
2) Complete onboarding with one of our City Managers.
3) Verify your account.
4) Start completing cleaning assignments!

Can’t Sign-up
I downloaded the app but I’m unable to sign up as a new user within the app itself. The sign up screen flashes for a brief moment then disappears. Any help is appreciated.
