Clearview Mobile App 4+

I have been a loyal customer with Clearview Federal Credit Union. I have been given loans, outstanding customer service, and have been treated as a valued customer since then. The only thing that concerns me over time, there are now credit unions who are suspending share branch options with other credit unions, such as Clearview federal credit union. However, this will not stop me from being a customer. I had open custodial accounts for our girls who have also been customers for the past couple of years. I will always provide honest feedback for them because of the way I was treated as a valued customer. I would suggest those who are able to open account live them, to look into it. They are outstanding.

I’ve been with Clearview for almost 10 years. I’ve had the app since it came out. This check deposit feature is JUNK. Why did you feel the need to change it. I can’t deposit a check, just keeps telling me to rotate my device. I’ve rotated. I’ve uninstalled. Restarted, redownloaded. Junk.

We understand your frustration with the issue when you attempt to deposit a check through our mobile app! We appreciate your patience as we continue to work through resolving this issue. We have an app release planned for December where we'll resolve this issue. Keep an eye out for more communication from us as to when the app release is available! Thank you for being a member.

I’ve been with CFCU for 24 years. I have never had a problem. They have the nicest and most helpful people working in the Lower Burrell office. Anita the bank manager is a beautiful person inside and out. They are on things right of way. I will never leave there to do my banking. It’s the best👍
