Cleco’s mobile application is now available on Apple. It includes three main features to help you view, manage and pay your Cleco bills when you are on the go. It also is a convenient way for you to contact Cleco’s customer service team.
If you already have a Cleco MyAccount, you can take advantage of the enrolled-only features of the application. To register for a MyAccount, visit www.cleco.com from your computer or mobile device. To access the enrolled-only portion of the application, you can use the same username and password that you use to access the full-featured site. You will gain access to your current and historical bills, system messages, payment profiles, recurring payment management and have the ability to make payments to your Cleco account.
Customers without a MyAccount can take advantage of Cleco’s one-time payment feature for a small convenience fee. To use this feature, simply provide your Cleco account number, zip code and payment account information using one of the supported payment methods.

Wish I could give it zero stars.
Please make an app that up to date with what the world expects. How are you a power company that is used tech to run its operations but not have a good app for its customers?
The app doesn’t even load with the iPhone X! It just crashes. I would expect more from a company as big as Cleco. This app makes seeing the bill easy and paying convenient. The UI is not nice. Still looks like it's from the iOS 6 days. Blocky and not pleasant to navigate. The app is slow and choppy. Logging in is slow because there is no way to remember the login info or use Touch ID. There are many utility apps out there for paying bills like Cox which make it super easy and nice. Please update this app to iOS 10 standards.
Hard to understand how a company that makes as much cash as Cleco can’t hire an average developer to put a little polish on this app. It’s buggy, slow, and doesn’t connect well. I’m now forced to pay my bill “electronically” through an antiquated IVR system that - oh by the way - charges me a “$2 service fee”. It would have to work to be disappointing... I cannot log in with the app, much less pay my bill or check my balance. Cleco has the worst customer facing IT group I’ve had the displeasure of experiencing. The app doesn’t work. The website doesn’t work. Had to pay my bill at Walmart the last 2 months.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
