Wish there was a desktop version

I love the support from Cleo, but as a new mom with carpal tunnel in both hands, it’s extremely uncomfortable for me to use this app solely on my phone, especially when it comes to having discussions with my Cleo Support guide (would be much easier & better for my hands to type my messages on a computer/laptop). Ive been told this is for privacy reasons but there are lots of medical resources accessible on desktop. Also, lately the app keeps crashing for me whenever I open up my messages. I’ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app but the issue continues. I hope they fix this bug.

Seriously, this app is a godsend for new parents. It has helped us in so many different ways I can’t even begin to list. The lactation consultation will change your life in 60 minutes (work with Evonne for that if you can), and our personal guide, Samana, is not only a vast wealth of knowledge regarding any topic pertaining to parenting, she can provide helpful links and other resources to help illustrate points she may try to make. In short, if you’re a new parent, GET 👏🏼 THIS 👏🏼 APP 👏🏼.

Disappointed by lack of email notifications

We reached out for support but never heard back. It turned out the response was in the in-app messaging and there was never an email or sms notification along with it.Overall, really disappointed with the quality of the app and the lack of notifications. It’s holding back what could be a good service.

So invasive I can’t use it

When you try to register, you are immediately asked for your child’s birth history including whether they were adopted, carried by surrogate, identify as a different gender than their birth, if they were breastfed or not, etc. If I just want to get help with finding a preschool or transportation for my child, why is any of this information relevant?? I should be able to get the help I need without giving up my child’s entire birth story, when it’s not relevant at all to what I need. Please make these types of fields optional and only request the information you need for the services someone is trying to use. I can’t use this app in good faith until that enormous privacy concern is addressed.
