Great app all around, no issues on my part

As of yet I’ve had no issues with the app, I’ve had it for over a year now and it keeps me up to date with everything. One thing is that maybe add a feature to where it plays the game, because for me, I can rarely pick up the game on TV, and also it’s too expensive to pay for the season pass on NBA so I can imagine it must be the same for other people as well, just a thought but it would be a lifesaver for us who can’t watch the game. Other than that the app is great.

Changes are no good

The changes made to this app are terrible. I can no longer follow what individual Cavs players are doing each game while I’m traveling abroad. They need to return the individual player stats, what I call the box score, to this app pronto. I also miss being able to see where they were shooting from and where shots were being made. Change is not always for the better.

Hi cavs fan in Costa Rica, We are sorry to hear that you are having issues finding the information that you are looking for! We have had a lot of great feedback regarding our new Cavs Live feature during game day. We are working on making all stat cards clickable within the experience that will take you to Game Center (Box Score). As of now, that section is still available! You can go to Schedule in the bottom menu and click on the game you want to view box score to or, if you go to Home in the bottom menu and click on the main score card at the top of the page, it will also lead you there as it always has.

iPhone good, iPad bad.

It really is a tale of two apps, so to speak. The iPhone version, despite adhering to a tired template I’ve seen on other team apps, is solid and offers a lot. The iPad app, however, resembles a webpage from the Netscape era. It looks as though it was thrown together as an afterthought. Ads duplicated on top of one another, disproportionate sizes for the article teasers… too much to list, really. Now that he is done improving the Cavaliers’ uniforms, perhaps the team can task creative director Daniel Arsham with remaking the app, as well.

Thank you for calling out the tablet issues! Unfortunately tablet is configured based off of the mobile version by default. However, we have gone through and made adjustments where we could to make it a better experience for iPad & tablets. We hope that these make your experience better!
