They got an issue with the garage door so we could not park the last day. Following some emails with support, they had a gesture of goodwill. Thanks.

Regarding the phone, our line at 1 (855) 979-7275 is open 24/7 for emergencies. Be ready for longer wait times outside of office hours for our emergency staff to handle all requests.

We have just responded to your last email as well. Know that we take our customer's satisfaction seriously.

My reservation disappeared AFTER being charged the full amount. I checked my phone to get the address of our reserved parking spot only to find out I had zero current, upcoming, and past reservations. I checked my bank account and sure enough I was charged for the parking spot. I called customer support and have been on hold with them for 30 minutes. I have not talked to an actual human. We had to find parking elsewhere last minute and ended up having to pay DOUBLE of what we were supposed to had Click N Park not completely erased our PAID reservation. Now, we have paid about $100 in total for parking for only 3 days. I have never been more disappointed in an app and it’s customer service. DO NOT USE THIS APP. I’ve been scammed of my money. If I could give zero stars I would.

I reserved a parking spot at 4475 Rue Saint-Dominique. My car was stolen after 2 days of being there and the owner of the spot was not very cooperative with the police. I have requested a full refund and am waiting. Do not park here. If parking around this area find a garage. The police, unbelievably, found my car two blocks away with some damage.
