Best mobile deposit app - read on for why

I have 4 bank or broker apps. When I make a mobile deposit, only the Raymond James Capital Access app records in my account and account statement precisely who the deposit was from. All the other apps just say Deposit.

If you don’t have impeccable record keeping skills this mobile deposit feature is fantastic when looking back in a month or a year in your check register to discover you failed to record the source. Not to worry, the Client Access app and the folks behind the scenes have your back!

Poorly written

Doesn’t work with Apple keychain or 1password. (Neither does their web page. Always awkward to log in.). You can get a chart of performance over time, and you can change the endpoints, but you can’t save the changes and you can’t get the chart to redraw anyway. Pretty sloppy for a financial company. Hope they pay more attention to my investments than the do to their app.

No Access to Goal!!

The app is decent for viewing investment status but for some reason the developers decided to omit the GOALS section which is the most important page. You must redirect to the “full” website to get access to your goals. And guess what, now that no longer works on my iPhone. I get a message saying to update my browser or use a different browser. I have tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. None of them allow access to Goals form a mobile device (at least not an iPhone). I hope they decide to add Goals to the app. Otherwise it’s worthless to me.
