I recently updated the game and now the task sequencing is off. When you’re in the middle of a rush, it trips you up and ruins everything. If you have an item selected already, even if your select it again later in the sequence and the other order is supposed to have been dropped off first, it isn’t and the nurse picks up EVERYTHING. Can also not preselect finished labs to return them to the patient table. It’s very frustrating. Loved the game before this.

The game seems clearly generated to make you watch an insane amount of ads, or use your money to buy coins to progress. The amount of coins you earn per level doesn’t even allow you to scrape by in the next level, so you’re left either 1, staying stuck in the same level cuz you can’t upgrade until you run out of lives. 2, watching ads to get more coins. Or 3, spending money to buy coins so you can actually move forward.
I’ve also found that if you don’t select to watch an ad to earn a prize, then one will automatically play between load screens anyway.
I have also found that after each level it the game takes you out to the main screen, even if there’s nothing for you to do on that screen. That requires you to go back to the location you were playing and then select to continue playing the game, it’s very clunky and an unnecessary delay.
Overall the game is very fun, and I WANT to play it! But the overall design seems to be trying to prevent you from playing it. So it’s likely to be short lived on my phone. 😔

I bought the Golden Ticket a couple of days ago, and have wasted my money. I have been stuck on this same level, and can’t pass at all. I only have a few days to collect the gifts remaining. To top it off, I wasted 50 diamonds desperately trying to pass the level with only about 20 coins left to pass, but that nurse kept on screwing up so bad that I couldn’t even pass. The nurse just stands there when she is supposed to be moving, screws up on items and the game only gives about two minutes at most to pass a level. I lose all of my lives, and have to wait a long time for them refresh. I have never been so angry at a game app like I am this one. The biggest disappointment was wasting my 50 diamonds because the game has this idiot nurse that screwed up so bad. This needs to be fixed so that players can have a proper shot at passing these levels. I’m fed up with the nurse just standing there, going to wrong beds or not delivery the right products. When I think I am doing everything right, she screws everything up!!! Jokes on me. I will not be purchasing another Golden Ticket. It’s a waste.
