How are appointments carried out?
Schedule a consultation with the health provider of your choice.
Exchange messages and share attachments in the chat during the preparation of the teleconsultation.
At the time of the appointment, enter the video call room to talk with the health provider you selected.
What happens at the end of the encounter?
At the end of the video call, the professional adds a note with a description and a main diagnosis. The document will include a treatment or follow-up plan.
