This app pretends to be like the technology other banks have, but instead the picture quality is low and it takes a lot longer than it should to enter checks to deposit. But that isn't the worst part - if you don't see it in the fine print, the cutoff hours aren't even the bank's hours, but instead are a lot earlier so you're screwed if you think you've deposited before the end of the business day. It's either worth a drive to the branch or opening an account with a bank with an actual convenient mobile app and not a wannabe.

I have been using this app for many years now. It has been consistently reliable and accurate and often better than what the national banks offer. It continues to update without facing the regular stability troubles that other banks seem to have.

I am an iOS user. And, after last update, I was unable to deposit any check through the app. It happened to me twice now. I had to go to an office to deposit my check now. I encourage to the CSB team mobile to look further this issue which I believe I may not the only one. The message when I try to deposit says: “the image cannot be recognized”. I will change my rating once they fix this issue.

Won't let me log in at all anymore. It instantly redirects me to the Apple Mail App to "Send a Message" to CSB; yet, when I do so and try to return to the app, it says "Please Wait" and is otherwise frozen until it times out. Then the whole thing happens all over again.I cannot use this app anymore so I will delete it. Very inconvenient, as this happened when I needed it most. And yes, I have tried everything..including deleting/reinstalling it, etc.Outrageous.

This app, from a local bank, has more functionality than those from national banks. Well done. Having visibility to all account types is a big advantage.

I really love Bill Pay, I don't even remember how much a stamp is! I like being able to keep an eye on my balances and transfer cash in an instant. Thank you CSB.

It may take a little longer than one would like for your accounts to load. But it is easy to use and very convenient. A step in the right direction CSB!

Works great. This is a small bank, so its surprising and very convenient that they rolled out with a mobile app like some of the bigger banks. Conveniece from a community-oriented bank. Whats not to like?

I have been CSB customer for over 10 years , and love the functionality of this app. But would love to see check deposits option available since I live out of state now.

Nice simple app for paying bills and checking balances. Would like to be able to add new payees too.
