Q: I deleted the app/lost my phone/restored factory defaults, can I get back my photos?
A: All the photos/videos stored in this app are stored in your local device′s storage. If you delete this app, Apple will forcibly remove all the data inside this app. It means if you never backup the data in the app, the photos/videos will be gone. Please backup your photos before deleting the app.

Premium subscription
Premium subscription unlocks all features to manage your personal content within Cloak. Also app includes number of cool features such as immediate lock button, extra security features for the internal albums, on the go photo camera and etc.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the period
- Length of subscriptions: one month & one year
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Price of subscriptions: one month - $9.99 dollars & one year - $49.99 dollars & lifetime - $199.99 dollars
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

The app is great but I have a question
I recently upgraded to an iPhone 15 from the 12. Since doing so, Cloak no longer asks for my passcode to get into it. Is there a fix to this?

pls try this: tools —> change passcode
Does not do what you think it does.
This app does NOT hide files, Pics, or apps. It doesn’t even do a good job pretending to do so. It’s not what it leads on to be. There’s a different Cloak app (not this one) and it’s awesome. It literally hides apps EVERYWHERE in your phone. Home Screen. App Library. Even in settings. And under iPhone storage. This app is junk and a waste of time. Save yourself some headache and move on to the other one
