ClockedIn 2 builds on all the feature in the original ClockedIn. It's still a simple to use personal time tracking application that allows you to track the amount of time you spend on different projects and activities with ease. With ClockedIn 2 you can be accurate and productive. And, best of all, you'll be sure you didn't miss out on any billable time.
It's personal. ClockedIn 2 helps you keep track of the time you spend on different tasks as you accomplish your goals. It gives you just that little bit of extra help to keep you accurate and up-to-date. It doesn't do invoicing or billing because you already have other systems to manage those complex processes.
It's simple. ClockedIn 2 is designed to provide just the functions you'll need to track and report on one or multiple projects. You just start the timer when you begin a task. Assign the task to a project. Then stop the timer when you finish the task. The amount of time spent on the task is saved and accumulated. You can review it later by day or project. You will enjoy its easy-to-read timer display and easy-to-understand reporting.
In addition, ClockedIn 2 provides graphical views of your activity, which are designed to help you understand where you're spending your time.
While ClockedIn 2 was created with the contract professional or freelance worker in mind, it can be used by anyone who wants to track the time spent on the things they do in their busy lives.

I have been a fan of clocked in app for about 2 years now - that original version is no longer available - replaced by this completely re-written ClockedIn 2. I was anxiously awaiting this app as I knew the update was coming so was happy to see it show up. I have tried numerous other apps like this - thinking there was a better option for my needs and have not found a single one that works as well as this app does.
The new version is great - simply the best way to track your time spent on projects. The features are powerful but not cumbersome and overwhelming like some app that have too many features. I have tried many other time tracking apps and none compare to this one. s
I really like the ability to push the items to my calendar - since I use MobileMe these entries are synched across my mac, ipad and iphone. The re-worked interface is nice. The pre-defined tasks features is a big time saver - wish it allowed for 10 entries instead of 5 though.
The graphs for the week and month are really nice - great way to get a summary of where you time is spent - highly recommend this app. To finally have the app support multi-tasking/fast app switching is nice - instantly pick up where you left off.
I would like to see a landscape option when the phone is turned in that direction if possible. I hope they develop an iPad version of this app with synching of data!!!!!
Fantastic app....great customer support
After playing around with this app, I love it! What a time-saving way to keep track of the time you spend on projects. And the ability to generate reports is super! You really get a reality check on the amount of time each project takes, which allows you to fine tune and adjust your daily schedule so you can make progress on each one. Their customer service is unbelievably good. Quick response all the time. And encourage users to send in suggestions for additional features for future updates. Love ClockedIn 2. A lot. You will, too. Well worth the small price to pay for keeping track of projects.
Straightforward and efficient
The timer is great, and reports show total hours per project that easily translates into billing.
Very easy to get started.
I would like to see a couple of added features: synch between my iPad and iPhone, as well as the capability to manually enter time when I haven't used the timer--for example, when I drive to a meeting, I don't start the timer when the meeting starts. And sometimes I just forget to start the timer, so being blue to manually enter additional time would make this app pretty perfect.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
