— The best world clock for Mac with a great design! —
• Add any location, or timezone (i.e. CET, EST) you want
• 24-hour and AM/PM styles
• Optional time and location name in the menu bar
• Optional relative dates (yesterday, today, tomorrow)
• Possibility to rename cities (so that you can replace it with the name of the person living there)
• Travel through time using the slider at the bottom of the window, so you can easily figure out the best time to set that meeting with the overseas office.
• Optimized graphics for Retina displays.
“Clocks has a great icon and a clean & simple UI; it also has a great color scheme and is very OS X like. The animations are beautiful with a twitchy second and a white clock face for daylight hours and a black clock face for nighttime hours.”
“Nice, minimal, one thing well, world clock app for your menubar. Need to keep track of multiple time zones? This is worth a look.”
“My favourite feature is the slider under the clock display that allows you to scroll time forwards and backwards on all the clocks. Brilliant feature for scheduling meetings within a known range of time zones.”
“As well, a handy little utility for the Mac has caught my eye. Rogue Amoeba has developers in five (!) different time zones, so it can be difficult to keep track of what time it is where. I’ve started using the beautiful little Clocks, from StudioDalton.”

Not bad but...
Good App!! It’s very useful, but could be improved by:
(A) Being able to display just the location and time without the date (also just the time by itself).
(B) Being able to move it over next to the existing time display (Example: GMT: 17:34:56 | Thu Feb 26 12:34:56 OR Thu Feb 26 12:34:56 |GMT: 17:34:56).
(C) Having more than one time displayed in the menu bar (Example: GMT: 17:34:56 | EST: 12:34:56 | CST: 11:34:56 | MST: 10:34:56 | PST: 09:34:56).
(D) Having the option to change the Font and/or color.
(E) Having the ability to set an alarm.
Great work! Hope to see these improvements.
Doesn’t allow you to see more than one day ahead
Not very useful for planning meetings for attendees in multitple time zones. I’m looking for an app that allows you to plug in a future time and date and see what time it will be for multiple meeting attendees. I don’t find the slidebar very user friendly. This app doesn’t allow you to ask and answer the question, "If I want to schedule a meeting next Wednesday, at 11AM, what time will it be for my attendees in Nashua, Iowa and Doylestown, PA? I want to know if it will cut into their lunch time or or commited times that they have locked in. All this allows you to do is see partially into the next day using their slider. It could be better. I do like the feature where you can change names.
I Think It’s a Must Have App
I was looking for something where the clocks stayed viewable on the desktop and this doesn’t do that, but the icon lives permanently in the top menu so I found it super easy to use anyway. I found out about it from Cult of Mac website while searching for a way to keep track of many time zones at one time. It is one of the most useful apps I own.
