Broken and disinterested

Seems the decent price and nice online interface was just a lure.

App isn’t connecting to my Bluetooth headset. Calls aren’t going through. Can’t sync with my cell phone contacts.

Not for me...

Update: Support tells me their app is in “beta”. I didn’t think that was clear and had I known the app isn’t ready for prime time I think I would have skipped it for now.

Couldn’t even get my first call to work

I set up my account and tried to call my co-workers extension to run a test, and the call ended immediately upon ringing. Nothing would go through. My settings page wouldn’t load either so I couldn’t look at my account details. While I was on my app, it listed me as “Offline” which made no sense too. Overall, a very poor app and I highly recommended going ELSEWHERE!
