The clover app on my phone is extremely easy to use, very customer friendly, and funds are disbursed into my account within 36 hours. Their customer support is fantastic and very easy to deal with I have not had to do any, troubleshooting with this product, like I’ve had to do with other products that I’ve used. Very consumer friendly and very secured you don’t have to worry about unsecured lines or fraud with your, customers I would recommend clover to any type of business very satisfied. The last update sucked big time
I’m sure it’s a bug or two but ever since the update, the function of emailing receipt has been totally messed up. It lost all the email address which used to keep when the customer used the same card as before and Carbon Copy function doesn’t work even after I turned it off once and re-entered an email address to turn it on. I have to type customers’ email address EVERY TIME and I also have to type my own address EVERY TIME to send CC to myself. This has been very annoying.
Lastly, I have talked someone to update my physical address as it was changed many years ago but it has never been updated and I can’t even add a new place for location change section.
At least it takes money no problem, I’m keep using it but if someone get back to me straighten things up that’ll be great.
Better than other mobile card readers
It is good that this system offers a variety of ways to take cards, including offline. Last year they worked pretty well. This year we’re having one issue after another, but Clover Go has provided more than one backstop so we can keep business going.
Our tech support guy, J, is AMAZING! They should clone him.
