I get the weekly email for “insights” and it pushed me to download the app. I thought it would be a good tool to download. I was wrong. It is literally the same app as the Dashboard app from Clover but this one is broken. I cannot access anything in it. Why push your customer to download an app that does not work?? Gave me a good laugh. I was reading through some reviews, seems like this has been a problem for over a year. Looks like I’ll be making the switch to Square pretty soon, at least they got their stuff together.
Awful customer service
I have called for weeks to have an update in my banking account and everyone says a different story of what to do. Three weeks later no change has been done, I haven’t received my deposits and I have to understand that it is the holidays. Not recommended at all.
Not updated and zero customer service
Tried to use this mobile tool over many years. Often out of date and unresponsive customer service. I would expect much better technology alignment for Bank of America and the mobile needs of clients (I'm a 10+ year merchant).
