I pretty much only use this to get a class schedule. I guess with an update it forgot my password. I keep trying to reset it but it wants me to scan some barcode. No clue what or where that is. Has an option to put in your last name if you don’t have a barcode yet still requires a barcode to move on. So basically I can’t even sign in anymore and the app is now pointless.

I’ve been coming here for 3 months now, and I gotta say these people are the most friendly and courteous people I have met in a gym environment. I don’t feel intimidated or judged at by others while I am doing my workout. The staff here is immaculate, special shout-out to Isaiah White. Dude is nicest person here. I don’t see myself leaving from this gym anytime soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a healthy change of pace.

I have been a member for over a year and can’t get logged into this app. No one at the gym has even used the app to help me get logged in. And the app uses barcodes they don’t use at the locations. I’m so frustrated and will be deleting this app because it serves no purpose when you can find the info out online... I wish this worked better, it would be nice for locations and classes as well as amenities. I considered getting the premium membership but this deterred me because it’s not easy to use and I don’t need super amenities it just would’ve been nice.
