Be patient

Started this game and thought I would just take a Premier League side to fame and fortune. Got sacked at the end of the first season. Took a team just trying to avoid relegation in the second tier of Turkish football. Finished upper mid table and the following year, I was promoted to Lig 1. Got a lot of job offers from teams in The Championship, Premier and Bundesliga. Decided to stick out this season with my minnow. So far, my club is performing higher than the board’s expectations and enjoying this game much more.

My advice: give yourself a couple seasons to figure out the mechanics and watch those adverts! No need to buy coins if you can be patient!

Amazing...But

I play this on my iPad so the experience has been top class for me. Everything about the management experience is what you can ask for. I own a sports agency myself and this is about as similar to the business as you can get. But there is one major issue with the game and that is the forcing of spending money too frequently. I understand you have to make an income so having paid and upgrade options are feasible but forcing team owners to pay for coaching badges and stadium upgrades without giving them a chance to earn them is the problem. As team owners we should be able to use team profits to fund development of stadiums. That would allow us greater control of the financial aspect of the club and make us accountable for when and how we should spend our capital. Also if I successfully navigate to a league title or promotion that should come with the opportunity to earn a coaching badge

Great Game Ruined by Inconsistency

Fun to play but the game is made very difficult to compete without spending real money on coins. Some examples below...

Contracts:
An 80 rated player will cost you around $100,000 per week but for other clubs that same player will only cost $10,000 per week. (Even if the other club is less prestigious)

Loan Deals:
If you want to loan-out one of your players, you will more than likely have to split his wages 60-40. This is pretty realistic. BUT if you want to loan-in a player it’ll typically cost you at least 100%-200% of his wages which is grossly unrealistic and obviously a ploy to blow your wage budget and make you buy coins.

Promotion:
You’re not allocated enough money upon promotion to create a competitive team, regardless of the tear you’re promoting to. Your club can make tens of millions by earning promotion to the premier league but you will be left with a wage budget under $1,000,000 per week even if you’ve managed to stay up a few seasons.

Best game I’ve ever played on a phone but it’s ruined because of how much of a disadvantage you're at by not spending real money. And don’t tell me to be patient because I’ve played a lot of seasons haha
