Love the game but lately....
I love this game and it’s the only one I have ever made actual $ purchases. But lately some changes have occurred that are making me less likely to keep playing. This week the in-game “cost” of magnifying glasses has skyrocketed. Since without these tools, gems are used (and there are never enough of them) so this is a real hit. Extra dice can be “earned” by watching videos but 2 months ago those opportunities only became available every 2 weeks: 2 weeks daily and 2 weeks not available. Sometimes the videos don’t work. I believe there are metrics within the game that slow the chance to bingo if I’ve accumulated too many wins or tools that help me win. So be nice. I’m spending $ and I’m not spending more. In fact I might spend less.
GETTING READY TO DELETE
I love playing BINGO, but I have been getting very frustrated with your game. First of all, you don't give enough dice after you've completed a room. Secondly, your videos do not always work. Last, but not least, I select the "price" of my cards, and the "board" stretches to the length of the screen and does not allow me to play. This has happened on numerous occasions and I lose my dice.
Love your game, but, whenever I play your tournament game and pay 20 gems I play the first game and I need to pay another gems because the first time it doesn't even register that I have started to play and that I already paid the 20 gems. This very frustrating and I am ready to delete the game.
I have already written two reviews. I wonder how many more I have to write before you even read them. It's quite obvious that you don't read them, because nothing has been done. Also, why do you keep going to the same games over and over to win gems. A change would be good.
Love this game but terrible support
I have been playing this game for years and have loved everything about it. Recently I got a new phone and I was sad to see that I lost all of my levels and I was up pretty high. I wish there was a way to log back in on the new device so you don’t lose your levels plus I had like 600 or more dice that I had built up. My recent issue is that sometimes the videos that you want to get free balls are freezing up the app and then you lose the bingos and all the dice you played and the winnings that you earned in playing that round. So I reached out to the app to report the glitch and all they said was to set up the automatic updates. So it happened again and I sent a screenshot of what it does and they opened a new ticket and immediately closed it. I just want my dice back because it’s not my fault the app is glitching or at least let me know it’s fixed so it doesn’t keep happening. Communication with customers is key. Great game overall but I might have to stop playing if I just lose dice over the mandatory videos you have to watch.
