Total newbie for my handmade jewelry business (Nocturnally Crafted :) but already had 2 sales that went super smooth and easily was able to mark 4 other items “sold”that had just sold on Mercari. Great for tracking purposes. It’s incredibly easy to use and set up and as much as I can’t stand AI stuff usually… I REALLY like how it’ll tweak what you wanna say and take cues from your actual item and create a beautiful description of my jewelry!! I’m horrible at talking my stuff up but this works so well! Easy to add or tweak whatever it picks too. I procrastinated soo long setting up my own shop but SO glad I stumbled upon an ad for this on Instagram. Shipping prices match what I’d do through pirate ship too!! So seem less! Also really like that I can use it for in person sales vs shipping - or someone can buy something and then I can coordinate with getting them the item. Only fees are super low and have to do w processing the credit card. Would be nice if PayPal was an option, also would be nice to have an additional area to write up like shop policies and jewelry care tips for example. Regardless- so. Dang. Easy. To update and use!! I was a bit apprehensive when I downloaded this app but so far so good. Its very easy and simple but there is of course room for improvement in different areas. Being that they are a new platform though, thats to be expected. It takes a lot of the confusion out of creating your own store. Im looking forward to what they have to integrate in the future. I believe as long as they listen to their customer base while also sticking to their origins, it will be a widely used platform in time.

I can’t say enough good things about Clued!! It’s the best thing since the invention of fire! It saves me sooooo much time and it writes my copy for me too! I have been using Etsy for the last ten years and praying something like this would come along that I could use instead! Etsy has become a terrible place to sell anything due to their price comparisons and high fees. I have switched all my online selling over to Clued and I love it! I have tons of artist friends who I will be showing clues to!

I came across Clued when looking for an alternative to ETSY and their crazy amount of fees they charge per item listed. Not to mention that making a listing is pretty much a painful experience. After 5 years on Etsy I decided to close shop and start with Clued. It's so intuitive and easy to build. Easy to customize and the app support is amazing!
