Unable to login
For about the first week, the app worked great. After that, I kept getting the message “Invalid username/password. Please try again.” It’s been 3 weeks and STILL I am getting the error message. However, when I login on my desktop (with the same login information), I have no problems what-so-ever. And under my login attempts notifications, I’ve noticed that every time I try and use the app, it’s logging it as a “successful login” online. It’s getting quite frustrating!
Suggestion for mobile deposits
Enforce the check value limit when the value is typed in vs on submit so you don't have to go through the process of taking pictures only to find that the check value is too high. Alternatively place on the mobile deposit main screen so you can stop at that point.
First world problems, I know, but still....
Difficult to login, limited functionality
Making it really difficult to login provides a false sense of security.
Disabling the ability to paste a password (from password manager) encourages users to create a simple (not secure) password to enter.
Only one device can login. Meaning my spouse and I can’t login to the app from our own phone.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
