Good but Could be Great
This app is a good resource, but could be great if it offered the ability to highlight, annotate, add personal notes, and bookmark selected sections (instead of whole pages). Flipping though pages is slow. Much easier to flip/scroll using a downloaded pdf copy of the rulebook.
