Description
The CNC NFIP Prelim app makes it easy for flood insurance adjusters to fill out and submit a National Flood Insurance Program preliminary report and supporting documents to the insurer through Claimsource, our industry leading claims management system. It eliminates paperwork, speeds up the process of quality assurance, and let’s the adjuster prepare his preliminary report during the initial scope and inspection. PLEASE NOTE that you must be a licensed insurance adjuster registered with CNC in order to receive claim assignments or publish inspection documents. Amazing!
I downloaded yesterday and it is absolutely AMAZING. It is so user friendly and prelims, advance payments, signature pages, and scope notes up to CNC's claims management system, CLAIMSOURCE, within seconds of completing the inspection, WOW! I completed an inspection and before I got to my second one of the day, I had notification the Prelim package was approved and being sent to the carrier. Prelim completed in 30 minutes!....just amazing!
Time saver
This app saves me a minimum of 10 minutes per inspection. If an engineer request or surveyor is needed it can save even more time. Best of all, it allows me to request an advance while the insured watches. I actually had an elderly widow cry because she was so grateful that I could request an advance for her right then. Awesome product!

Do everything from the field. Submit your work and all necessary requirements and paperwork before you leave the inspection site and boom, 15 day prelim requirement satisfied.
