I’ve been shopping at Concepts NYC for the past few years and it’s a great store to visit. I’ve always appreciated the customer service as well as the chance to purchase limited shoes through their legitimate raffling process. I’m glad this process is now going to be integrated within an app shopping experience. The app runs smooth and I know that it’s only up from here for the Concepts team💯

It was announced that an app exclusive drop was taking place so I sat in the app refreshing the “notifications” portion of the app. The alert for the drop was pushed, so I attempted to click it and it did not redirect. Makes no sense that a drop notification wouldn’t be able to be clicked to go to the product that’s dropping. I hope this makes sense. It’s mind boggling that the notifications don’t open to the product that’s actually dropping and then had to be searched manually in the store. This is where a manual user wouldn’t stand a chance if bots made their way to botting “mobile exclusives”. Please fix!

Where to even begin… this “company,” Concepts has spent the past 2-3 weeks boosting & promoting this app in a very fraudulent manner. Concepts got tens of thousands of downloads on the promise that they would be releasing their latest drop on there. Of course, that was all a lie. Just like their NFT scam. Apple, please consider removing this app before they scam more innocent people by promising shoes that they will never give. They are currently running an NFT scam by promising people access to their shoes if they buy a $500-$1000 NFT. Well guess what…. Nobody who purchased got their access. The NFT was purchased after finding the app. Thanks.
