Access the Video Analysis Tools directly in an athlete Space or Group.
When creating a post, you can shoot a new video, re-use a video from your Personal CoachNow library, or upload one from your camera roll.
Add context to your feedback with built-in Voice Over. Add your voice to any video or photo to add more context to your training. Using this feature is an easy, fast, and potent way to deliver high-value coaching feedback in a high-touch way.
Film at 240 fps and use the Slow Motion Feature to break down every movement and deliver feedback with pinpoint accuracy every time.
Eliminate confusion with dynamic annotation tools. Use angles, shapes, timers, etc to provide technical feedback and keep your athlete hyper-aware of their form.

Game changer for students
I’m not a coach but I’ve been coached using this app for about a week now. I have to say that this tool is such a game changer for me. Sure I’m able to get feedback on my practice from my coach, but also it’s insane how much feedback I get out of seeing myself in video and posting. It really helps me to build thoughts around practice and keep track of what I’ve worked on and my thought process (which coach can see and often correct me ) This is so much better than just taking a million videos and just leaving them in my camera roll forever. I’ve always wanted to be supported in my golf practice this way. The feedback is more immediate and I feel that coaches everywhere get far better results from students since they can check progress and comment before things get too outta whack. Just my two cents!

This app made it a lot easier for me to teach. I am very busy and have a lot of students, so I could simply reflect on our previous lessons and hit the ground running. My students could get a lot more out of their time alone by simply taking a look before they practiced and played on their own, rather than taking notes. Most people are visual learners, and being able to draw lines, comparisons to previous swings and model swings is hugely helpful. It’s easy to use and my most vital business expense (tax deductible). No brainer. Also, very happy that in my new position, our performance center already uses the app, which is becoming the standard to have. It’s free for students and easy to download onto smart phones. Not much else I can say, it’s just really good and easy to use.

Great for PT!
I use this app every single day for my physical therapy clients. It is extremely quick and easy to set up and to utilize. I no longer have to assign too many workout parameters or spend a lot of time creating patient demographics into a home program app. A big bonus, is I have more buy in and more compliance because clients can use this app to communicate with me in real time and get their questions answered without having to wait for the next appointment. I can be aBetter accountability coach as well. Yes this means I spend a little more time outside of clinic, but I am an out of network PT looking to boost my value, andThis app is just another way for me to do that.
