Love it!

Fist off the UI within the app is phenomenal. Second I love the addition of the pay a person thing to pay people like your on Venmo. I also really like the principal only payment option for loans, which is better than the last app.

There are definitely downsides such as the UI on ipad, but I alleviated this via using it on safari and saving it as a favorite. The logout feature isn’t super important since you can swipe up on the app and it logs you out.

Overall it’s great!

Helpful People

Wonderful people have always been so helpful and kind to me. As a senior citizen it’s sometimes difficult to understand different new ideas and rules. I’ve always been helped with the nicest people. Happy to be a member.

Not compatible with iPad

Others have said it here, but I’ll say it some more - this app isn’t working well on an iPad. The biggest complaint is that the app doesn’t rotate, so to use the app while using the keyboard, the entire screen is rotated sideways. Super annoying. Also, the ability group accounts by dragging and dropping doesn’t work on an iPad; there is no ability to drag the accounts. And, as mentioned by another reviewer, the ability to sign out is buried & requires several steps to find. A banking app should automatically sign out when closed, & this doesn’t seem to. Please make the sign out easy to find, and also happen automatically.

Thank you for your feedback. I've forwarded the feedback on the horizontal display and logout button to our vendor. You should be able to group your accounts, and there is a drop-down in transaction history that defaults to 30 days, but it's clickable to choose 7 days to All time. Overall, we made the change based on the feedback our members have provided us over the years, and we'd like to explore how we can make things right for you.
