Coastal Care is by far the easiest agency Ive worked for as a CNA. I love the family feeling and how everyone is nice and understanding. As a single mom of 2 Toby always helps find shifts that fits my schedule.

My phone is an iPhone 13pro and in great condition. WiFi is strong. My info is saved for faster connection. It takes about a good 60secs or more for it to log me in. Even from a browser. When I tap on any tab it either doesn’t open at all and you have to keep trying -or- it takes another 60secs to open the desired tab.These last few cons are most likely office staff related:Two profile were created when I first hired on.Why or how, unsure…In the past I was an employee of CC and never had this many issues. Don’t get me wrong though, there were some mighty issues in the past all around. I’ve been hired on for over a month now and still have yet to see a shift posted due the constant complications.Radius is fine, shift preferences are fine. So they say but by the time I get anywhere with the technical part, the shifts are long gone.It’s been such a huge headache.

Honestly, I’m fairly upset with this company. I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone for over a week. The phone number that’s posted, I’ve called several times. Either no one has answered or it says “number is no longer in service” AFTER saying “you’re first in line”. Quite frustrating as I’ve been looking forward to trying to proceed.

I have worked her since 2016. There is no better place to work. I am always booked and supplied with all the resources I need for a successful shift😊
