It is really an inconvenience to have to drive to Stowell road to use the atm because you have decide to close the one on Bradley road. It was not a good move business wise to do so. This has affected many customers. Should have stayed opened at least until the new CoastHills opens across the way. Should think of what type of convenience you are offering your customers. It is actually an inconvenience.
Quick Balance Check!
The app opens and shows my balances quickly. I wish I could deposit through the app.
I was an early adopter of online banking but I found that as fewer checks were being used and more banking operations were done online that the promise of actual electronic transfer was not being realized. I worked for a water utility and I often witnessed people that had paid their bills through the bank website were having their money withdrawn from their account immediately. The bank would not transfer the money to the utility but instead we might receive a stack of printed checks from their bank, often a week or more later. Remember when you might write a check to your utility and knew that it probably would not be withdrawn from your account for two or three days? The banks are doing this to their advantage but on steroids.
Fewer tellers and bank branches and more and more fees. Banking has never been more expensive for the consumer.
So now we pick up the phone and log in to check out balances when we used to pick up our phone and call a human to get our balances. Not to mention all our data is now available to hackers. Thanks.
It is a big hassle to make my car payment. I have to write a check, wait for it to clear and then transfer it over. Sometimes I forget and wait until the 29th, so by the time it clears it’s late. Sometimes I forget to check back in 3 days to see if it cleared and transfer it so I’m late on my payment. They changed their system where I have to write mobile deposit only in the back and sign it. Their system doesn’t recognize I wrote it and won’t accept the check. Sometimes I have to do it over and over again. There should be a easier way to make payments. Like just put our own routing number or something to directly take it out and directly put it towards the amount we owe. I hate dealing making my car payments because I have to deal with this app.
