I’ve had this app on my phone since opening my account last year! Online is a great tool too but I have a habit of checking my accounts when I wake up so it’s nice and convenient! I use Face ID and as usual, there’s always a recalibrate day one every few months where it’ll have me use my password and reactivate the Face ID but that’s common with a lot of secure apps I use! Love the safety features and ease of use! Zelle is right in the app so I can save some space on my phone, I can mobile deposit checks if I’m not making it to the bank and can use the bill pay feature too which is super helpful! Also nice that I can find bank locations in the app!
I hate this app
This apps still needs some serious work. I am constantly having to change my password, I’m on at least password number 10, I've changed it twice this week alone. Touch ID works for a little bit but then it doesn’t ask for it one day, doesn’t remember it, and locks me out when I enter it in. Also, what it doesn’t tell you is that if you want to transfer money between accounts you have to log onto their website and enable the transfer before doing transfers in the app. Not a fun experience when I was at the grocery store and while checking out I went to transfer funds from Savings to Checking just for it to say “no transfer relationship” so I tried calling the customer service number and found out they are only available until 7pm. So I had to return my groceries. Only later did I find out that transfers need to be made through the website first. Save yourself the embarrassment and hassle and bank some where else. I hate Wells Fargo but they’re app is the best. Maybe start putting more money into devolving a better app that’s not so buggy

The banking center in Durango is amazing. Kaytlyn Alexander and her team does an amazing job to help me when ever I need it. I plan to bank with them for along time and tell my friends an family about the service I get. A+ in my book.
