I hate this app
This apps still needs some serious work. I am constantly having to change my password, I’m on at least password number 10, I've changed it twice this week alone. Touch ID works for a little bit but then it doesn’t ask for it one day, doesn’t remember it, and locks me out when I enter it in. Also, what it doesn’t tell you is that if you want to transfer money between accounts you have to log onto their website and enable the transfer before doing transfers in the app. Not a fun experience when I was at the grocery store and while checking out I went to transfer funds from Savings to Checking just for it to say “no transfer relationship” so I tried calling the customer service number and found out they are only available until 7pm. So I had to return my groceries. Only later did I find out that transfers need to be made through the website first. Save yourself the embarrassment and hassle and bank some where else. I hate Wells Fargo but they’re app is the best. Maybe start putting more money into devolving a better app that’s not so buggy

CBC App not keeping up with industry standards
Prompted to write this review after the app won’t load despite multiple deletions and reapplication to my iPhone XS Max. This may be due to the fact iOS 14.0.1 just came out and app developers have not kept up with the new iOS platform? Last version was 5 months ago; previous to that 2 years ago according to the data found in the App page.
That said, I will be reaching out to support for assistance.
There are mobile app platforms implemented by other banking institutions that offer the client a broader array of useful self-services on their phone. In particular, and for example, having the ability to turn off your debit card on the mobile app would be very convenient. As retail banks make a paradigm shift towards online and mobile client service, the tools they offer to the client need to keep pace with development. CBC needs to delve into improvements to their app!

This is the absolute worst bank app I have ever seen! I am constantly having issues with entering my password, which I know I am doing right, then I get locked out and have to call to get it unlocked. Then I am on and it doesn’t show me accurate activity in my account. I know a automatic payment has posted, because of less money being in my account, but when I find it in the list it is not there. However some of my items listed are listed twice, I have called a bank teller to find out what’s going on and that item was not charged twice, it’s just this horrible app! I will be changing banks because of this issue.
