Best I've found on Mac
This is the best program that I ave found on mac to do bar codes. it works very well and does what it is supposed to do.
This app is super good. The bulk generator permits me to create a text file of generated numbers and / or descriptions and then move to a spread sheet. I then create the bar codes as needed from within the app singly or as bulk. I use the App, EazyDraw to import the barcodes images as SVC, rescale, annotate in a drawing frame then print. My Pantry inventory app (iPhone and iPad) accept home made barcodes thereby, bulk / staple generic food items will have a barcode attached to the bulk container or nearby in a book folder. This app is an integral part of keeping track of foodstuffs and duable goods in and around my home. Well done.
Solid on Yosemite
Intuitive, clean, and efficient. Works as described. I used the Automator feature to create lots of EPS files I could import into a layout app to print labels. Because it builds codes with optional prefix and suffix, it was easy to generate for my custom numbering scheme. It would be nice if it could ensure that the barcodes have sufficient height per the Code128 spec (15% of length according to one web page, but I’m new to this stuff so that could be wrong). My scanner (using Zint library) didn’t seem to care, though. Nice app!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
