I'm here to share my story of how i successfully recover my scammed cryptocurrency funds. A few months ago I lost $673,000 worth of Bitcoin to a fake investment company. I don't know how they got my contact info but I received an email from an Investment cryptocurrency scheme with a good proposal on how I could make millions out of my investment with them. I was convinced when they showed me profits from other clients that had invested in their platform, I began to investing with them. When it was time to withdraw my profits, their website was shut down and I tried contacting them but they wanted me to pay a huge amount of fee to be able to withdraw my funds which I did and they still cut me off and stopped all communications with me. I was heart broken and devastated, I realized there was nothing I could do to recover my funds, I had gone to the authorities but they couldn't assist me. I did some research online and I came across a post about this Trust Global Group. I got in touch with them and i was amazed by their service and after all set are done, they were able to help me recover my cryptocurrency funds. For the size of the company, this app and their support is bad. Over the past six month I’ve verified my ID and sent selfies 5 or more times. There’s no way to speed the transaction when they feel to slow you down or flag an $80 transaction! 🤦‍♂️
Spent an hour with support thinking perhaps there’s a secondary layer 2FA one can add to the account to avoid needing to send my ID and face. Not happy with all this photo collecting biometric nonsense especially as you can bet your last dollar these companies share that data with hundreds of other companies over time just like your email address. Make no mistake there’s a reason you get junk and unwanted mail form all over the place yet you signed up for one only. Slow, support is mehhh, instructions are incorrect. After sending transaction it sent me. Text message where I can email 😂 I sent the email and got an instant reply that that no longer works and to rather visit their help enter. Again for the size they’re you’d assume they have their automated texts emails in better order and have a better more reliable way to confirm a transaction than needing to send selfies and ID for an aged account that’s been verified 5years ago. I don’t recommend anyone storing large sums on the app. Also in case you try buy something for crypto make sure you have other payment options available bc you might have to wait a few hours for the transaction to clear or worse wait 3-5business days.
