Verification is not possible through App

Although the App works rather well, there is no support whatsoever! I have emailed them at least 5 times about getting my account verified and never received a reply. On the app, only Chinese ID holders can get verified. Then one day, I was no longer able to trade although I still had a substantial amount of btc inside. Only when I logged onto the website did I manage to apply for verification which takes at least 72 hours! No warning account would be disabled, no notice about how to get verified, no customer support! Highly disappointed as I am now waiting and unable to trade!

In CocaCola, users can provide authentication by providing three kinds of materials, including ID card, passport or driver's license, not just only by Chinese ID card. If you encounter any trouble accessing your account,please contact us through online customer service. Assets in the CoinCola platform wallet are well protected at any time .

Do Not Use

This app is for professional gift card traders ( for lack of a better description). It is Chinese based and does not offer accounts to American residents. Yet here it is on Apple. It does however encourage the trading of Apple gift cards which does not allow the purchase trade or sale of there gift cards anywhere but the US. In order to find out this information you have to have an account then spend money. HELLO APPLE?????? I Was persuaded by this apps prompts to send a gift card of $370 to another user. After which the user took the funds and refused to release the crypto he had committed to. The reason: “it was used”. But still he kept the money. He messaged support in Chinese and since then I have not heard a word. Oh support did request that I contact Apple Support and secretly record the conversation then upload that conversation to a cloud. This is nuts. I want my money back

This is a very bad platform for trading gift card I have been ripped $400 worth of google play card and £200 worth of iTunes card here on this platform. This platform is not trusted and reliable and after each trade dispute they award the bitcoin back to the seller of the bitcoin who is trading it for gift card. I urge you to take down this app from your App Store and remove the gift cards trading option of you are can’t protect us the buyer trading gift card for bitcoin. You are promoting and encouraging fraudster, cheat and dishonest people from doing more harm by ripping other people off their hard earned money i regretted trading on this platform and I won’t rate your app or even encourage anyone to download it because you promote cheat and scammers on the internet. Please buyer beware of clemzzyofficial and jeff3499 and I also urge this platform remove them and banned them from using your app.
