The Coinigy iOS is greatly improved, but there are some glaring issues that are outstanding. A Face ID preference exists, but the account is always logged in - the biometric security is not available. Also notifications are broken, the Coinigy app does not appear in the IOS13.2.3 Notifications Style list in the IOS settings app - but - the Coinigy app has a notifications setting inside the app. We need both for notifications to function properly in iOS13.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention- Our developers are hard at work supporting the Notifications Style list and it will be available in the next update. With regards to biometric security, the app currently only requires biometrics when logging in. We are making changes that also require biometrics when the app has been backgrounded or idle for a specified period of time. App is good. But Coinigy, your method of determining exchange rates no longer matches my use case. I expect to see valuations of the exchanges specified and used, not a volume weighted basket of inter-exchange rates over a 3 day period. Please give us the option to see true balance via real time price on the exchange the asset sits on in the next update. This feature is a deal breaker to me.
The recent updates that Coinigy has made on both their mobile app and website have been great. Long time user and they continue to impress me!
Coinigy provides a great way to review and trade across multiple places in the crypto universe. I like the consistent platform, and the ability to directly trade with limit type orders across different places. Would be great to add conditional orders.
I’m tired of creating accounts with services that inform me halfway through their KYC procedure that I can’t use the service because I’m located in NY state.I think it’d take less time for a company make mention of it than it would for each prospective user to put their own time toward finding out for themselves, so... I’ll sit this one out.Looks promising, but very likely not for me or other NYS residents.
I’ve been a Coinigy user for years but cancelled and switched to Trading View. iOS was never as good as TV but it has now completely stopped working. The little animated icon that appears on screen at boot up just continues to cycle and cycle—traces the outline indefinitely and never eventually loads. I write this review 4 months after an update supposedly fixed issues with UI/UX. Well, how about booting up for starters? Sorry, I’m done.

This is the first we are hearing of never ending loading issue, It is not effecting any of our test devices at this time.
