Highest rate I have ever seen
You guys charge very high on my debit card and also don’t give the accurate amount after changing so high on purchasing Bitcoin like common the least you can do is not tamper with the coins you charged my debit card a sum of $495.50 for a Bitcoin purchase of $475 and I’m receiving $412 in Bitcoin like common it isn’t fair

Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to explain.
The amount of Bitcoin you received was calculated using an average rate amongst all major exchanges with an addition of a spread to account for market fluctuation. For buy transactions, we charge 2.93%-3.9% commission on top of the rate depending on your loyalty level.
On credit/debit card orders (this also includes Apple Pay, Google Pay etc.), there is an additional 4.99% express fee. This fee is added after you choose your method of payment. So, if you make an order for $100 and choose credit/debit card as your method of payment, you will pay $105 in total. With this method, you get faster delivery and a rate that is locked at the time of purchase.
Your order summary is displayed on-screen before you make your payment and we encourage you to take a look at this and make sure you’re happy with what you’re receiving before completing the payment. Your bank may charge a separate fee for creating the bank transfer, so please consult with them prior to creating an order.
