Your collection deserves more than a spreadsheet. Track, value, curate, and enjoy your pipes, tobacco, whiskey, cigars, and wine with AI-powered recommendations.
CollectionKeeper is a premium collection intelligence platform built for enthusiasts who want more than a simple inventory app. Instead of offering shallow tools across dozens of categories, CollectionKeeper goes deep where it matters most: Pipes, Tobacco, Whiskey, Cigars, and Wine. Every module is designed with collector-specific details such as aging windows, blend components, bowl geometry, tasting notes, session logs, valuations, and more.
Most apps only help you catalog what you own. CollectionKeeper helps you enjoy it. Our built-in AI Curator delivers personalized recommendations based on your actual collection and usage history, including what to smoke or sip next, forgotten favorites to revisit, rotation optimization, taste-pattern learning, and cross-category pairings like pipe & tobacco or cigar & whiskey.
CollectionKeeper is also built around the experience, not just the item. Log sessions, tastings, mood, context, ratings, and consumption history to create a living record of your hobby. The more you use it, the smarter the recommendations become.
Unlike apps that separate collections into disconnected products or generic categories, CollectionKeeper connects everything through a unified ecosystem with one profile, one intelligent engine, shared inventory logic, and cross-module insights.
Whether you’re managing a cellar, building a whiskey shelf, tracking your pipe rotation, or planning the perfect pairing, CollectionKeeper turns your collection into something smarter, more personal, and more rewarding.

I tried to install the pipekeeper app (which predated this one), and after a few days, I got it to register a few pipes, but it was buggy. I looked back to see the pipes that I had been able to register (and you have to put in a lot of information yourself), it had erased the progress I had made, and they increased the price, and deregistered my account. Can not recommend without a major overhaul, and I doubt if I would try it again, anyway, honestly. Even if it worked, it’s slightly better than a pen and paper.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. Losing access to information you’ve already entered is absolutely not the experience PipeKeeper is intended to provide. We’ve made substantial updates to PipeKeeper and the broader CollectionKeeper platform, including improvements to account reliability, collection management, and features designed to make the app much more than a digital replacement for pen and paper. We’d particularly like to investigate what happened to your original collection and account. If you’re willing to give us another opportunity, please contact us through the app’s support option so we can look into your specific account and see whether your original data can be recovered. We appreciate the candid feedback—it helps us identify exactly where the experience needs to be better.
Good concept… poor execution

I really want to like the app. My free trial of premium just ended… however, from the beginning I was trying to actually purchase premium… it appears to be impossible. Also, none of the premium features ever worked for me (during the trial period). I love the concept of the app, but there are some major bugs that are really holding the app back.
Developer Response
The app has been updated with new bug fixes and is fully operational. We welcome you to give it another try.
Very buggy

Buttons on top of screen are barely tappable, scan barcode doesn't work (says browser not supported but this is using the app), choosing a stock photo from the built in library is completely idiotic (every picture is named the manufacturer's name. ex Cornell & Diehl), pipe club idea is super cool but not all clubs bring a single blend for the entire club to try, can only add so many pipes before you have to pay a subscription.Awesome idea but this app isn't even at a beta state much less one to pay a subscription for.
Developer Response
Thank you for the detailed feedback. This is exactly the kind of specific feedback that helps us improve PipeKeeper. We’re investigating the iOS issues you identified with the top-screen controls and barcode scanner, as neither should behave the way you experienced. Your comments about the stock image library are also fair—the library needs to make individual blends easier to identify rather than relying so heavily on manufacturer names. We especially appreciate your feedback on Pipe Club. Supporting sessions where members bring and sample multiple blends is a great use case and one we’re taking seriously as we continue developing the feature. We know an app has to earn the right to ask someone to subscribe. Thank you for giving PipeKeeper a try and for taking the time to tell us specifically where the experience fell short.
Exactly What has been needed!!

I’ve been keeping track of my cellar and pipes via spreadsheets and other sources but this app keeps it all in one place. It’s simple to use and easy to inventory pipes and tobacco. Highly recommend.
