Color Cat Sort: Cute Cat Game 4+

So Cat Sort is enjoyable. You move colorful cats from branch to branch to line up four in a row. Like so many other commenters have mentioned, though, this thing is crawling with ads! Instead of randomly earning random power ups in the game, you have to watch ads to get them or pay tickets (which you have to pay real money for). The real kicker is that even the supposedly ad free extension... STILL FEATURES ADS! Not between rounds but for power ups. Also, there's a ton of micro transactions. It's a decent little challenge to see how far you can go without seeing an ad, though!

I like the game.. the cats are cute, and I love their little meows. Cute game. Easy and relaxing. When I decided to install the game, it was pretty much a game I was looking for… easy, relaxing , and it has cats! What else could you want? I didn’t want something that requires thinking or moving quickly.. I just wanted something to play that I could do almost mindlessly at whatever pace I wanted. An easy way to wind down and de-stress. However, this game increases my stress levels because there is an ad after each and every game. It’s infuriating. There’s no need for that many ads. Over the course of an hour, we are talking about watching 50 or more ads. It’s ridiculous. No, I’m not spending real money on this or any online game. I’m injured and on a fixed income as a result. I can’t afford any amount on a game. Food and meds come first. It’s called being a responsible adult. Seriously.. you have to stop showing so many ads. I get the need for them, but there has to be a better way. One ad after 10 games. Or even after 7 or 8 games. But not after every single game. It makes the game not worth playing.

I’m not a big fan of the newer updates. I could tolerate the timer. It proved to challenge how fast I could think. My only problem with the timer is that it’s considered a mode. If it’s a mode, then I should be able to turn it off in the settings without having to watch an ad to freeze it for what… 10 seconds? What’s making me really frustrated is that A. The cats won’t clear off the board, making the game impossible to play and B. My extra shelf only fits one cat. It used to fit four. I would understand if it was a new mode, or new challenge level, but then again — I should be able to opt out of it if it proves too challenging. I tried to play level 324 at least 20 times with this new update, and it proved to be impossible. So, if you want to keep your players, I recommend switching it back to the original, and if you still want these new features, add them as features that players can easily opt out of. You have lost one player today, and will continue to lose players if you do not at least make these features optional. Goodbye. Thank you if you read this.
