Information about the auto-renewal of subscription:
Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription unless auto-renewal is turn off. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hour prior to the end of the current period. The cost of the renewal will match the initial subscription price. Your auto-renew subscription can be managed or turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during your active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription during the free trial period. Good app just missing one thing
I love this app and it’s great and I would give it a 5 star. I’m used to another app that automatically saves my notes when I close out of the app. It’s good to have a save button but please add the feature to automatically save when I close out of the app.
found a bug the hard way
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one hurts. I was recategorizing all of my folders and while rearranging them, the app crashed. I reopened it and my entire 'work' folder had been deleted along with it's contents, and no way to retrieve them. I lost both important documents and notes and they're just gone. I used to love this app years ago but forgot about it, rediscovered it and it's completely different now, for better or worse. I bought the annual subscription about three months ago and it's been fine until now, but this is going to impact my career and I hate that something like this only happened after it became paywalled. I'll never know if it's because the money became prioritized over passion, but I do know I can't recover from the lost data I needed to have. I can't refund my subscription, but I can tell someone, whether the reader or the developer, that the folders listing issue needs to be fixed. it was glitchy from the start, but I figured I could wait for a patch to be released.
It’s good on phone, horrible on iPad
I started using this app on my phone and it was great, I could set as many reminders and checklists and set dates on the calendar for things like birthdays. But on iPad it is AWFUL. There are so many ads, and they try as hard as they can to get you to buy the premium to get rid of the ads and have more than 2 notes. You can’t set dates on the calendar, you can’t even look around without another annoying ad. You want to try and make another note? Ad. You try to look at the calendar? Ad. Ads EVERYWHERE. You literally can’t have more than 2 reminders, and those reminders don’t show up on the widgets, you have to make a checklist. You have to pay premium for more reminders and checklists and less ads.
