Just Coloring

My ex-girlfriend used to tell me that simply coloring was very calming for her. I never believed her and thought it was for children, but then I heard about this app. I gave it a try just to prove I was right, but surprisingly it worked! It really helped me slow down and reduce stress. I think it’s because you put all of your focus on such a simple task that your brain stops thinking about everything else.

I was a skeptic, but now I’m a believer. Do some coloring and you’ll feel much better and be more relaxed. It’s great as an “unwinding” activity before bed.

Fabulous App for Would Be Artists

The subject matter for these paintings are perfect and varied. I love the huge color palette and brush selections. This is a great app if you want to wind down and relax!
