This is the Official App of the 14th Flying Training Wing.
The 14th Flying Training Wing is a wing of the U.S Air Force based out of Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. The 14 FTW mission statement is "Cultivate Airmen, Create Pilots, and Connect." Each day the wing flies an average of 260 sorties on its three parallel runways. In addition to the flying training missions, Columbus AFB maintains more than 900 highly trained individuals capable of deploying at a moment's notice to support worldwide tasking and contingencies. Great when it works
Great app for centralized info; however, I find I regularly have to uninstall and reinstall it in order to access it (I don’t make it past the “connecting” screen). Though the issue could be on my end, I don’t find that I have to do so with other apps. I’m prone to believe it’s the app.
Connecting You To Mission & Community
It ain’t perfect...but it’s the best I’ve seen in the Air Force. This is a one stop shop to get you to what you need. A singular platform that points you to the other websites, Facebooks, services, etc.

Perfect one stop shop. I’m really happy that we have a spot to get exactly what we need. Columbus AFB has finally brought the Air Force into the 21st Century. Keep up the good work! Lets newcomers get to know the area around them. Everyone at this base should have this app.
