  • Business App is Really a Residential App

    BCH LG

My credit card was compromised and I have been fighting to pay my bill! They make it close to impossible. After calling Comcast Business and spending close to an hour in the phone trying to PAY MY BILLS, it was finally explained to me that the Business App is really for residential service!!! I asked them why do they even called it Comcast Business on the button and in the app? I was trapped in an app that kept messaging me that they could not find my account. Ugggh. I can’t believe it was because the app was looking at my residential accounts instead of the Business accounts. Such a joke.

  • Biggest Business Mistake in Years switching to Comcast

    Walter344

Starting with having to pay employees to try and understand the inaccurate billing, fighting to get services started or repaired for 11 months before giving up, to the non existent customer care till I found Dale in customer retention who saw the chaos and jumped in to try to resolve one of the most expensive mistakes I’ve made in business in a long time! Not to mention, the time and energy taken and wasted. I lost time with my family and some important events over these issues. Horrific experience is the best way to describe my time with Comcast Business.

  • Awful..

    Demona9801

We’ve been fighting with them for FOUR MONTHS now to disconnect our internet services and keep our phone line as we’re moving our business to be a work from home type of office.. these morons (to put it nicely) finally canceled our services after doubling our bill for a couple of months…. But they canceled ALL of it!!! Including our BUSINESS phone line during our rush time!!!!!! A weekend before a holiday!!! And of course they can’t do anything until Monday. We make 5-10 grand in a weekend…. Thanks Comcast!

  • 2 yrs of issues. Comcast doesn’t care.

I’ve written reviews, I’ve emailed Comcast, I’ve called Comcast. Nothing. Frustrating. 1. Badges on iPhone do not show up on the app, to tell you missed a call or that there’s a voicemail. You have to open the app constantly to find out. How is that efficient comcast?? 2. When someone calls your business line, your phone displays the callers number only. You don’t know it’s a call from a business customer, or from Comcast UNTIL you answer the call. Then if it’s from your Comcast #, you hear “to answer press any key”, or something like that. You have no clue if it’s a spam call to your cell phone or a business call through Comcast. All this technology and were stuff with this horrible system. Why can’t the business app system show a specific number as caller idea so we can save it in our phone, as “Comcast Business Call” or something. You have the technology, Comcast!! We will not be renewing with Comcast. We’re tired dealing with this. Once Comcast gets your business they make zero effort to improve their services. They just keep billing you higher and higher each year while services suffer. And don’t get me started on their monopoly in PA. And what’s with us getting a new sales rep every 2 months?? It always feels like we’re being scammed because a new rep reaches out 5-6 times a year and claims to be our new rep, and you literally forget who your last one was. Crazy.

  • The utmost deceitful app and company I have ever seen

    Lucy11218

The app here is a fraud because you cannot make and receive calls from the application the feature just simply does not exist and Comcast and the advertisements in the pictures in this App Store show that you are able to make and receive phone calls and manage your phone features from the application which is all of fraud and a lie and it this point is false advertisement don’t get me started on Comcast other issues but for this particular issue this is going to be the reason why we cancel the phone portion I am so disgusted with this app at this time we’ve been fighting with customer service all day. While they sit there and tell us you can answer calls and make calls from the app you can do all of these things from the app just like it says I find that to be an extreme lie because you simply cannot the section of the application to do that does not exist. You think I’m ignorant to you I’m not ignorant you people are extremely ignorant to think that all of this is legal cell people of service and tell them they have features that they don’t have the app simply does not offer the developer up to be ashamed of them self for putting together an application with such lies and deceit and fake reviews stating that they can make and receive calls and how intuitive it is that’s all a farce and it’s all a giant lie.

  • Doesn’t ring on mobile phone, can’t call as if at the office

    awsic06

Issue #1: Installed the app because I’m the “after hours” and “emergency” tech for my company. I have the app running in the background of my phone. When I get a call and my phone is in standby mode I only get a txt notification “ding” and a pop up showing the incoming call ID; exactly like how a new text message comes to my phone then my phone goes back to standby (screen off). The incoming call isn’t actually ringing my phone. Not a good setup for an after hours / emergency contact. Better off simply using “forward always”.Issue #2: Making an outbound call to a client using “Main Line” (to make the call look like it originated from my office) results in the app trying, trying then failing. It simply stops and dumps me back at the main screen. No outbound call is made. <Edit>: this part may have been resolved by enabling Work Remote / Be Anywhere and enabling my mobile device in the icon or by enabling Click to Dial (not really sure what that feature is yet).

Hello AfterHoursTech -- Regarding Issue #1, tap BeAnywhere and add your mobile phone (or any phone you choose) to your BeAnywhere phone group. Save the new phone and highlight it to select it as the phone to ring by tapping 'Save Phones.' Inbound calls will ring on the phone you selected. Regarding Issue #2, use the dial pad to enter the phone number you wish to call and tap the green phone icon. On the next screen, select any phone from your BeAnywhere phone group for the call to be placed from. If you have questions, feel free to contact businessappfeedback@comcast.com
