Comelit App, tutti i vantaggi di gestire da un'unica app il comfort e la sicurezza della tua casa. Anche da remoto.

Oltre alla gestione degli impianti videocitofonici, antintrusione (serie VEDO e nuova serie wireless SECUR HUB), videosorveglianza (Serie 100) è ora possibile gestire dalla stessa App il sistema domotico Comelit!

Funzioni principali per sistema domotico:
- Possibilità di attivare gli scenari
- Gestione delle funzionalità domotiche configurate (luci, tapparelle, termostati, etc…)

- Impostazione di timer per singolo comando e per zona

- Possibilità di abilitare nella homepage widget domotici, senza limiti 

Nota importante: la gestione dell’impianto domotico sarà possibile solo in associazione con il dispositivo Comelit Hub (art. 20003150)

Funzioni principali per sistemi videocitofonici:
- Ricevere chiamate dalla pulsantiera esterna ovunque tu sia

- Rivedere le registrazioni delle telecamere connesse al tuo impianto (compresa quella della pulsantiera)

- Rivedere i videomessaggi registrati dai visitatori in caso di chiamate perse

- Chiamare i dispositivi interni connessi al tuo impianto (Citofoni e videocitofoni)

- Aprire cancelli, porte e accendere luci

La APP funziona grazie a notifiche PUSH, questo significa che si attiverà solo su chiamata od evento con notevole risparmio energetico e di dati.



Funzioni principali per centrali antintrusione VEDO10, VEDO34, VEDO68 e serie SECUR HUB accessibili anche da remoto:
- Gestione impianto: inserimenti, disinserimenti, programmi di inserimento

- Visualizzazione dello stato delle zone e delle aree, esclusione zone

- Invio di comandi quali lo stop sirene, il reset della memoria allarmi.

- Attivazione di allarmi medico, incendio e di altro tipo.

- Visualizzazione live delle telecamere connesse al sistema d’allarme.

- Funzione di videoverifica allarmi: è possibile ricevere un breve video dell'evento che ha provocato un allarme, in modo da verificarne la reale causa da remoto.

- Registrazione filmati, snapshot, consultazione contenuti multimediali salvati.

- Attivazione e spegnimento delle uscite di centrale

- Ricezione notifiche push di eventi

- Consultazione memoria eventi di centrale

- Blocco chiavette RFID (solo VEDO)

La centrale VEDO deve essere aggiornata alla versione 2.7.2 o superiore.

- Visualizzazione live telecamere

Worked better before update

Comelit worked well for the most part until the recent update. Before, I would get a lock screen notification of a call, tap on it and it would open the app where I can unlock the door. Now I get a phone call from Comelit instead of a buzzing notification and I have to select the Comelit option in the phone call, unlock my phone, and then enter the app. It isn’t very intuitive to figure out and we missed a package delivery the first time we got the phone call. It also adds an extra step and increases the chances of missing the call altogether.

Poorly designed UI/UX but functional if you invest time into understanding it

The app has terrible UI/UX design. The directions/guides provided by Comelit are all out of date because they do not match the reality of the app which is extremely frustrating. I spent more time than the average person would spend figuring out how the whole system works as well as figuring out the app. Once I invested that time I was able to receive calls on my phone and unlock the door remotely. Most people won’t want to spend that amount of time, so if they didn’t install the system itself it will take more time than they want. It’s dumb that the camera cannot be used as a camera outside of the functionality of the app. Even if you want to look at the live feed if no-one has rang or anything it kicks you off after like 10-20 seconds. App doesn’t integrate with any smart devices /home automation devices or have a widget for door release. Needs major improvements.

Possibly the worst piece of technology I’ve ever used

My condo in Chicago uses this app. I wish I could rate it zero stars. It works as it should maybe 5 percent of the time. Usually, I get the ‘device not registered’ issue. My condo building helpfully (not) informed us that sometimes if you delete and re-add the app, it will sometimes work, sometimes it will not. That is also really ridiculous.. if I (or someone else) is waiting outside the door to get in, in the pitch black, in the south loop of Chicago, it’s not ideal for them to redownload. If a guest or delivery is coming, I essentially have to meet them downstairs every single time. I hate this system so much. I have never been more frustrated with a piece of technology in my life.

Also note that there are a ton of fake reviews from May 13th and 15th jacking up this app’s rating. Almost every real customer has given it negative reviews. It’s pretty obvious when there are no reviews for months and then suddenly there are 15 reviews for 1 day that are all 3 words long and in broken English.
