I was a MTM manager for PepsiCo for several years. So I’ve seen a couple things Geralyn became our banker in the Desloge mo. although truly I have been with Commerce Bank since 1975 previous my mother and daddy has been with you all since the 60s well when you guys sold the banks in St. Francis County etc. it was difficult it was and while it still is difficult Geralyn knows class that can not be taught I appreciate Commerce Bank keeping Geralyn Counts
She has been an asset, We’ve had some years of unfortunate medical downfalls and now we are about to receive Some monetary reimbursement for that it is going to go straight to Commerce because we Trust Geralyn she will not steer us wrong ever you cannot teach what she possesses again

Looks nicer, more updated appearance from the old mobile app, but it seems to have some weird flaws. For example, when I am looking at my credit card transactions, it starts with the transactions that started at the beginning of the month, and I have to scroll to the bottom to see the most recent transactions. Seems backwards to normal online banking. Overall it seems to have a few bugs that need to be worked out. Would also love to be able to access the toggle feature on here. It also doesn’t let me see what past payments were made when you make a mobile payment, and the feature where you pay from your online bill pay has bugs that need to be worked out. Could be good... but the app just isn’t there yet.

Thanks for your feedback. A resolution for transactions displaying in reverse order will be released in our next version of the app - to be released soon. I received a flyer in the mail and decided to open accounts At commerce Bank because they offered a $150 incentive on one account and a $50 incentive on another account if you deposited at least $100 into the each account and left it there for 90 days. I asked the customer service rep if I was going to be billed any fees during the 90 days because I was not interested in doing that if they’re gonna take out money and then I was gonna be paying them within the 90 days and he told me know that no fees would taken out before I receive the incentive at the end of 90 days. At the end of the 90 days they did not credit $150 to one account and $50 to the other account, they took out $20 out of one account and six dollars on the other account and they told me I didn’t qualify for the incentive because of the fees they had taken out. They told me that the incentives would be credited two months later which would’ve ended up being more than the 90 days.I went round and round with them about this more than once and was just so frustrated with them about all this. I would have just kept my money in my pocket if I had known that they were going to do False advertising.
